 Femind exists to bring clarity where things feel vague.  To put words to what you may have only sensed – and to show that the way forward starts by seeing what has shaped you, understanding how it became part of you, and beginning to choose what you want to carry forward.

 At femind.me, we work by seeing the whole picture:
how your brain works, how society’s rules become your inner voices, how the language you’ve learned shapes your self-image – and how, step by step, you can begin to choose with clarity. 

We draw from ACT, neuroscience, 3P, CBT, CFT, MI, and NLP – and complement these with insights from IFS, Polyvagal Theory, and social constructivism

Example mini-exercises:

️ ✍️Write down a thought you often have – e.g., “I should know better.” Ask: Who taught me that? Does it help me today? What would I rather believe? 

✍️ Replace a critical sentence with a question. “I’m so bad at this” → “What was I trying to do?” 

✍️ Set a timer for 3 minutes. Sit in silence. What feeling are you avoiding? What happens when you stop resisting?
